How BiDoc SRL collects and processes the personal data of visitors to this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data collected and purposes
Browsing data: IP address (truncated where possible), browser and device type, pages visited and date/time of visit. Purpose: website security and aggregated usage statistics.
Data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number and message content when you contact us by email or LinkedIn. Purpose: replying to your request and managing applications or partnership relations.
Measurement and marketing data: pseudonymous identifiers generated by Google and Meta through cookies and similar technologies, collected only with your consent.
Legal bases
Art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) for contact requests and applications; art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest in site security and correct operation) for strictly necessary technical data; art. 6.1.a GDPR (consent) for Google and Meta analytics and marketing cookies, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: the website hosting provider, the email provider, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics and Google advertising services) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel and Meta advertising tools).
Google and Meta may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, with supplementary security measures.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for purposes other than those stated, except where required by law.
Retention
Emails we receive are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months. Statistical and marketing data are kept for the periods indicated in the cookie policy (typically up to 14 months for Google Analytics and up to 90 days for Meta identifiers).
Your rights
You can exercise the rights under arts. 15–22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@bidoc.it: we reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
